There are many excellent local golf courses within close proximity to Alladale, including the championship course of Royal Dornoch, the challenging links of Brora and the curiously complex course at Tain.
The main lodge compromises of 7 en-suite bedrooms, which have all been furnished to the highest standard. The main drawing room overlooks the fantastic glen and is the perfect spot to admire the stunning views over the reserve.  The lodge is ideal for stalking and fishing parties and is only available for let as a whole, which provides for ultimate privacy.

Stalking
Alladale is the jewel in the crown of traditional Highland stalking. In line with their mission to restore the balance of nature, they are sensitively reducing deer numbers to an acceptable level where native woods can regenerate and once again allow indigenous wildlife species to flourish. Alladale's dedicated rangers demonstrate supreme skills and fitness as they go about their work which is carried out to the highest standards. Guests can experience the age-old skills of the stalk and cull, which is undoubtedly one of the best ways to admire the highlands abundance of wildlife and stunning scenic views.
The lie of the land at Alladale enables 3 stalking parties to venture up on to the hill at any given time. This means that during a week's stay at Alladale a total of six individuals can stalk the beautiful terrain day in day out without the danger of bumping into one another. A successful culling programme adopted over the years has enabled Alladale to produce some of the nations finest

Fishing
Excellent trout and salmon fishing make Alladale the perfect place for fishing amidst the glorious scenery of the estate.  There are 10 stunning remote hill lochs scattered across the Alladale estate. Fantastically sporting wild Brown trout are the predominant species throughout all of the mountain lochs and provide for excellent sport. The reserve is unique in being able to offer fishing for Arctic char, which are less numerous than the brown trout, but give just a good fight. The Carron and Alladale rivers both offer spectacular salmon and trout fishing and should certainly be experienced during your time spent on the reserve.
 The rangers on Alladale are all experts in fishing and deerstalking and will guarantee that during your stay you will experience both of these exciting pursuits in the most fantastic environments available. Whether relaxing in the comfortable drawing room in front of a roaring log fire, or exploring the vast wilderness reserve on horseback, you can expect attentive service from the resident staff to make your stay truly memorable.
