Well-documented throughout history, incidents of espionage appear in ancient Chinese and Indian writing. Military strategies written by the likes of Sun-Tzu and Chanakya contain information on deception and subversion, providing today's assassins, spies and secret agents with a clear-cut guide their tactical implication. This theoretic grounding is where you too will start. First of all you will look at the training given to potential agents in the field and their tradecraft. This covers a range of topics such as clandestine communication, elicitation, surveillance, counter-surveillance, photographic and audio recording, construction, demolitions and the use of small arms. Then, once you have an understanding of all of this, you will be guided through the process of how Covert Operation Case Offices manage their relationships with agents and also look at how handlers and agents operate whilst in the field.
